The New Runners Run is right around the corner.
I'm a firm believer in the power of a piece of paper and a set of staples so I'm breaking out the big guns and hitting telephone poles throughout Portland this week.
If you know someone who has expressed an interest in running but has yet to lace up or a new runner who is interested in participating in group runs but is concerned about the pace of the group please spread the word!
I totally flaked on this run this morning, and I hope you do it again sometime! I am a runner, but I am very slow, and I would love to meet up with people who are by no means experts!
